Celebrating Cava Week

Cava = Cátalan Champagne... and because there is a festival for any and all things Cátalan, there is of course a national Cava week in Catalunya.  

Joe and I decided to take part by heading out to the little town of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia to do a Cava tour at Freixenet, one of the largest Cava producers in the world.
