Joe has gone off to London for a 10-week internship this summer. Here he is leaving for his first day of work (don't act surprised to see the cheesy, front-door pose, you all read the first day of school blog)...
And due to popular demand I've included a few shots from our litt'el London flat (aka our London closet). But before the photos, let me take some time to highlight the key features:
- Kitchen in a closet, doesn't get more efficient than that!
- Faux-leather sofa double times as faux-leather bed.
- The "double bed" includes a large metal bar down the middle... just to make sure you remember which side is yours.
- Internet included!!! However, please note that it only works 0.000001% of the time.
- Good 'ol well water scent regularly piped throughout. Actually gets stronger with time.
- To make you feel like you're at home in Barcelona, the flat features the uber-popular red 3 euro Ikea table.
- Artwork already provided. Nothing says London like a giant Zebra.

| Looks inviting, doesn't it? |
Final note... this little piece of London costs us more than our Chicago condo and our Barcelona piso. If that's not a load of rubbish, I don't know what is. Cheers!
